~No-Show & Cancellation Policy ~

 

At Bella Vita Salon, we ask that you value the time of our stylists and other scheduled clients as we value yours. Your stylist reserves dedicated time specifically for you and your service, often ranging from 1 to 3 hours. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice so we may offer that time to another client.

 

• No-Show: We’re sorry we missed you. Since your stylist was unable to fill the reserved time, 50% of the scheduled service cost will be charged.

• Second No-Show: At Bella Vita Salon we do not re-book clients who no-show or fail to call or text more than one time. Unfortunately, as your stylist was waiting for you and the appointment remained unfilled, 100% of the service cost will be charged.

• First Cancellation with Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice: We understand that life happens. Your first late cancellation will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

  – If the appointment time is successfully filled, no charge will apply.

  – If the appointment time remains unfilled, depending on the circumstance, a 50% service cost may be charged.

  – Any additional late cancellations or no-shows will result in 100% of the service cost being charged.

Thank you for choosing Bella Vita as your salon home. We are committed to delivering the highest quality service and experience for our clients. If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please notify us within seven days. Redo requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis when reported within this timeframe. Any requests made after seven days will be considered a new service and charged accordingly.
